It’s nice to meet you, I’m Erin
— and yes, I really am Jane’s Daughter!
I've always been drawn to the outdoors, creativity, and helping others feel empowered through making. While I’ve been a practicing artist for over 20 years, the truth is, I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember. I have a deep love for traditional arts and crafts — and a firm belief that beautiful, meaningful, thought-provoking work can come from any material, using any technique.
In a world where we spend more time scrolling with one finger than creating with both hands, I’m passionate about reconnecting with the skills of our ancestors. There’s something powerful and healing about slowing down, working with your hands, and allowing your creativity to lead the way.
Whether it’s weaving, lino block printing, sewing, crocheting, knitting, cross-stitch, embroidery, jewelry making, quilting, collaging, mixed media, or even (yes) digital work — I’m always creating (and usually have at least five projects going at once!).
When I’m not creating you can find me hanging out with my family, and spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and kayaking - always with one eye out for Bigfoot of course. I love the beach, spooky stories, and any kind of olive.
I believe life and art should be fun and full of joy. I hope you'll join me on this creative and adventurous journey — to try something new, to step away from the noise, and to rediscover the joy of making.
